A 16-meter-high lantern installation celebrating the upcoming Year of the Snake in the Chinese zodiac has become a major attraction at the Zhonghua Gate on Nanjing’s historic city wall in east China’s Jiangsu Province. Adorned with charming “Snake Baby” lanterns, the display delights visitors with its whimsical design. The fusion of the ancient city wall and modern festive decorations offers a captivating blend of tradition and innovation. As night descends, the glowing “Snake Baby” appears, instilling a sense of joy as it extends a warm welcome to the arrival of 2025.
