About School of Excellence in Law

The Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University was established by the Government of Tamil Nadu in 1997 for the advancement and dissemination of knowledge in the field of law. The university offers legal education at its campus as well as through affiliated colleges in the state of Tamil Nadu. The School of Excellence in Law, established in 2002, offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Law.

About Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Centre for Economics & Socio Legal Research

The Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Centre for Economics & Socio Legal Research conducts research and higher studies concerning the socio-economic and cultural life of marginalized groups and weaker sections of society. The centre aims to translate Dr. Ambedkar’s ideas into practical propositions and policy instruments, and has explored various aspects of socio-cultural, economic, political, and educational development in Tamil Nadu.

About the Conference

The International Conference on Legal Integration of Human Environment & Harmonious Economic Transformation & Sustainability (LIHETS-2024) aims to explore the legal frameworks necessary for fostering human environment and harmonious economic transformations towards sustainability. The conference will focus on environmental regulations, corporate governance, and international collaborations, emphasizing the role of legal integration in driving sustainable practices.

The conference aims to bring together legal experts, policymakers, industry leaders, and environmental advocates to exchange ideas and shape a legal framework conducive to green and harmonious transformations, promoting Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Theme of the Conference

The conference invites research papers in the following sub-themes:

• Constitutionalist Economic Transformation
• Constitutionalist Economic Sustainability
• Integration of Econometrics and Law

Additional research articles related to the conference theme are also welcome.

Best Paper Award

A Best Paper Award will be given based on the quality of research work.

Guidelines for Paper Submission

• Each paper is limited to a maximum of three authors.
• Authors and co-authors must pay the registration fee separately for each paper.
• Changes in authorship are not permitted after paper acceptance.
• Details such as author and co-author names, official address, email ID, mobile number, paper title, and proof of registration fee payment should be submitted through the Google form link provided at the end of the article.
• Abstracts should not exceed 75 words.
• Interested participants can send the full paper, not exceeding 10 pages in MS-word format to [email protected].
• The manuscripts would be subjected to blind review process.
• The accepted papers for presentation, invitation, etc., will be intimated through E- mail.
• The selected papers will be published in Peer-reviewed / SCOPUS / UGC-CARE Journals, subject to additional charges.
