DLF Share Price: DLF shares decline 0.76% as Sensex climbs

Shares of the DLF Ltd. traded at Rs 796.25 on BSE at 11:47AM (IST) on Thursday, down 0.76 per cent from previous close.

The scrip quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 336.55 and a high of Rs 815.6.

Earlier, shares of the company saw a gap up opening in the morning.

A total of 85,183 lakh shares changed hands on the counter till 11:47AM (IST).

The stock of DLF Ltd. commands a market value of Rs 197047.19 crore.

The stock traded at a price-to-earning (P/E) multiple of 82.92, while the price-to-book value ratio stood at 2.34. Return on equity (ROE) was at 5.4 per cent, according to exchange data. In the BSE500 pack, 213 stocks traded in the green, while 287 stocks were in the red. Promotor Holding
Promoters held 74.08 per cent in the DLF Ltd. as of 31-Dec-2023 while foreign and domestic institutional investors owned 15.75 per cent and 5.46 per cent, respectively.
